SALES AGREEMENT – TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

When you order an item from our website Shop, you accept these Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Sales Agreement”). Therefore, make sure you read all these terms before finalizing your purchase.

1. TAXES

Local taxes apply to orders with a billing address in Slovenia and Europe. For delivery of products outside of European Union no taxes will be charged. Customer is responsible for any payment of any local or other taxes. Similarly, this includes customs for orders dispatched outside Slovenia.

2. PAYMENT

We offer the following payment methods for orders: bank transfer, credit card or PayPal. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. Braintree securely processes online payments. Bank transfer payments must be made in Euro (EUR) and include your order number. The purchaser bears all bank charges for remittances. We will process your payment information immediately and confidentially.

3. SECURITY

We use SSL 128-bit encryption. The industry standard technology that allows you to communicate to our webstore via a secure, encrypted link, thus preserving data integrity and confidentiality. Because of the SSL-128-bit encryption your credit card details and your personal information are kept secure.

4. ORDER AND INVOICE

Firstly, after placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Secondly, if your payment was successfuly processed, the order goes into further processing. Please make sure that during the shopping process you indicate your full billing information. Thirdly, you will receive an invoice later. You can check your orders at your account.

5. SHIPPING

All orders are dispatched as soon as the order has been processed. For instance, the same day or within next few business days. We ship either as Standard delivery (Post, 4-20 business days, tracking available) or as Express delivery (2-14 business days, tracking available). Dates may vary.

6. TERMINATION

We accept termination of contract (withdrawal from purchase) within 14 days from date of purchase. No questions asked! Please, contact us at [email protected] for further information. Use this form to inform us of return/exchange of an item.

7. RETURNS POLICY

After informing us of termination within 14 days of purchase, you must return the purchased item. The returned/exchanged item must be returned undamaged and in original shape within 30 days from purchase. We accept returns if an order was mistakenly placed twice or similar cases. 9. WARRANTY

Our products have a 1-year warranty.

10. COPYRIGHT

Our products are under patent protection pending. For any dispute, law is applicable.

11. GOVERNING LAW

In the case of any dispute between you (user, buyer) and us, we firstly try to resolve by ourselves. In case of other dispute arising in connection with this Sales Agreement, exclusively Slovenian law is applicable with the exclusion of its choice of laws provisions. Above all, any dispute shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Slovenian Rules of International Arbitration of the Slovenian Chambers of Commerce in force on the date when the notice of arbitration is submitted. The number of arbitrators shall be one. The seat of the arbitration shall be Slovenia. The arbitral proceedings shall be conducted in English only.
